Free returns & easy exchanges

We want you to love your Bay Lane shoes. If they’re not quite right, we offer free returns and easy exchanges within 30 days of purchase, subject to the following conditions:

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unworn and in their original condition and packaging, with no signs of damage or wear.

Proof of purchase is required.

We offer free returns on all items unless specifically stated.

To exchange an item, the easiest way is to return your purchase, and order a new pair in the size or style you prefer.


If your items meet all of the above conditions, you are eligible to return a purchase online.

Steps to start a return

Log in below to start your return.

We will send you a return label to attach to your parcel.

Pack your items back in the box with the original packaging and tags.

Take to any Australia Post outlet for return.
Once your return is received, your refund will be processed within 2 business days via the original payment method.
