1. Promoter
The promoter is Bay Lane Online Pty Ltd.

2. Eligibility
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over. Employees of Bay Lane and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

3. How to enter
To enter, participants must follow the instructions provided on the official Bay Lane giveaway page or promotional post. Only one entry per person is permitted.

4. Promotional period
Entries open on 17 October 2025 and close at 6pm (AEDT) on 28 November 2025.

5. Prize draw and notification
The winner will be drawn at random at 6pm (AEDT) on 28 November 2025.
The winner will be notified via email or direct message and announced on 30 November 2025 on the official Bay Lane social media channels.

6. Prize details
The winner will receive a $500 Bay Lane credit, redeemable online at www.baylane.com.au within 12 months. The voucher is not transferable or exchangeable for cash.

7. Additional offer
Eligible entrants may receive $20 off their first order. This offer applies to full-priced merchandise only and excludes the Soultbush range.

8. Marketing consent
By entering, participants consent to receive marketing materials from Bay Lane. You can opt out of marketing communications at any time.

9. General conditions
Bay Lane reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits an entry not in accordance with these terms.

If the prize is unavailable, Bay Lane reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal value.
Bay Lane is not responsible for any loss or damage suffered as a result of accepting the prize.
